The Donnelly community club had a lengthy meeting on May 11th as we discussed suggestions and ideas for the bee.  It was decided to raise admission prices by a dollar; I had to leave early before discussion was finished on several other ideas. I had a note form Corrine Larson in my box about the parade: the parade committee for the bee is looking for “things” that are 50 yrs. old for the parade trucks, tractors cars etc. as well as those 50 yrs. Old, or who been married 50 yrs. or anything else you can think of .call Lori Sperr 246-3496 or Kaylene Mecklenburg 795-2711 for more info or to register a unit in the parade. “Thank you in advance for helping us have a grand parade” reminder the threshing bee dates are Aug. 29th and 30th & IH is the feature this year as well as anything made in ’55.
